Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel the reservation at our accommodation, this is our cancellation policy:

1. Booking
   To formalize the reservation of accommodation you must advance 40% of the total amount of the stay. The rest of the amount will be paid one you have enjoyed your stay.

2. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the cancellation policy applied is the following one:

   • If cancellation takes place more than 30 days in advance of the contracted arrival date, it will result in a 100% refund of the delivery on account, deducting €7 for cancellation fees.
   • If the cancellation takes place between 30 and 15 days prior to the date of occupancy, return of 70% of the payment and deposit.
   • If the cancellation takes place between 15 and 7 days prior to the date of occupancy, it will result in a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
   • If the cancellation takes place within 7 days prior to the date of occupancy, the entire payment and down payment will be lost.
